Description:
Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. TARC displays chemotactic activity for T lymphocytes, but not monocytes or granulocytes. TARC binds to chemokine receptors CCR4 and CCR8. This chemokine plays important roles in T cell development in thymus as well as in trafficking and activation of mature T cells.

Description:
LAMC2, also named as LAMB2T and LAMNB2, is thought to mediate the attachment, migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components. LAMC2 binds to cells via a high affinity receptor. Laminin exerts cell-scattering activity toward a wide variety of cells, including epithelial, endothelial, and fibroblastic cells.

Description:
Twenty human keratins are resolved with two-dimensional gel electrophoresis into acidic (pH 6.0) subfamilies. This antibody cocktail recognizes acidic (Type I or LMW) and basic (Type II or HMW) cytokeratins, which 67kDa (CK1); 64kDa (CK3); 59kDa (CK4); 58kDa (CK5); 56kDa (CK6); 52kDa (CK8); 56.5kDa (CK10); 50kDa (CK14); 50kDa (CK15); 48kDa (CK16); 40kDa (CK19). Many studies have shown the usefulness of keratins as markers in cancer research and tumor diagnosis. It is a broad spectrum anti pan-cytokeratin antibody, which differentiates epithelial tumors from non-epithelial tumors e.g., squamous vs. adenocarcinoma of the lung, liver carcinoma, breast cancer, and esophageal cancer. It may be useful to characterize the source of various neoplasms and to study the distribution of cytokeratin containing cells in epithelia during normal development and during the development of epithelial neoplasms. This antibody stains cytokeratins present in normal and abnormal human tissues and has high sensitivity in the recognition of epithelial cells and carcinomas.

Description:
PAX1, also named as HUP48, is a transcriptional activator. It may play a role in the formation of segmented structures of the embryo and may play an important role in the normal development of the vertebral column. It is a marker of the sclerotomal compartment. PAX1 was reported that, quantitative measurement of PAX1 hyper-methylation in cervical scrapings is highly sensitive and is more specific than HC2 in detection of cervical cancer. It is expressed by vSMC and pericytes during the earliest phases of vascular wall formation. This antibody is specific to PAX1.

Description:
Transcriptional activator which binds specifically to the MEF2 element, 5'-YTA[AT](4)TAR-3', found in numerous muscle-specific, growth factor- and stress-induced genes. Mediates cellular functions not only in skeletal and cardiac muscle development, but also in neuronal differentiation and survival. Plays diverse roles in the control of cell growth, survival and apoptosis via p38 MAPK signaling in muscle-specific and/or growth factor-related transcription. Plays a critical role in the regulation of neuronal apoptosis.

Description:
Receptor for VEGF or VEGFC. Has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity. The VEGF-kinase ligand/receptor signaling system plays a key role in vascular development and regulation of vascular permeability. In case of HIV-1 infection, the interaction with extracellular viral Tat protein seems to enhance angiogenesis in Kaposi's sarcoma lesions

NEIL3 belongs to the FPG family. It is a functional DNA glycosylase in vitro and in vivo. NEIL3 plays a role in repairing FapyG in vivo. NEIL3 has AP lyase activity specific for single-stranded DNA. NEIL3 is specifically expressed in brain areas where neurogenesis takes place during development and that its expression is tightly regulated both temporally and spatially.

Description:
The TER-119 antibody is named for the antigen to which it binds, a 52 kDa surface protein that is associated with glycophorin-A. TER-119 is considered to be a lineage marker for later stages of erythroid cell development, as its expression begins at the pro-erythroblast stage. TER-119 antigen is not expressed at either BFU-E or CFU-E stages, i.e. prior to the pro-erythroblast stage.

Description:
FGF22 is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities and are involved in a variety of biological processes including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. The mouse homolog of this gene was found to be preferentially expressed in the inner root sheath of the hair follicle, which suggested a role in hair development.Fibroblast Growth Factor-22 stimulates the proliferation and activation of cells that express FGF receptor.

JMJD4 Antibody: The jumonji domain-containing protein (JMJD) family is defined by the presence of the JmjC domain that is observed in several diverse species. While several JMJD proteins have been identified as being involved in chromatin regulation, histone demethylation and development, the JMJD4 has not been identified. JMJD4 is expressed in multiple tissues and At least three isoforms of JMJD4 are known to exist.

Description:
Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Probable developmental protein. May be a signaling molecule which affects the development of discrete regions of tissues. Is likely to signal over only few cell diameters. Together with CAV1 may promote chemoresistance of gastric cancer cells to DNA-damaging anthracycline drugs through the activation of the canonical Wnt receptor signaling pathway.
