FREM2 Antibody: FREM2 is a member of the FRAS1-related extracellular matrix protein family and like FREM1, mutations in the FREM2 gene are associated with Fraser syndrome. FREM2 localizes to the basement membrane, forming a ternary complex that plays a role in epidermal-dermal interactions during morphogenetic processes and is thought to be required for maintaining the integrity of the skin epithelium and the differentiated state of renal epithelia. The FREM2 gene is one of several genes whose transcription is affecteded by TFAP2C, a transcription factor involved in mammary development, differentiation, and oncogenesis.

Description:
UNC5A, also named as KIAA1976 and UNC5H1, belongs to the unc-5 family. It is a receptor for netrin required for axon guidance. It mediates axon repulsion of neuronal growth cones in the developing nervous system upon ligand binding. Axon repulsion in growth cones may be caused by its association with DCC that may trigger signaling for repulsion. It also acts as a dependence receptor required for apoptosis induction when not associated with netrin ligand. The antibody is specific to UNC5A. It has no cross reaction to UNC5B, UNC5C and UNC5D.

Description:
IDH2 Antibody: Isocitrate dehydrogenases catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate. These enzymes belong to two distinct subclasses, one of which utilizes NAD(+) as the electron acceptor and the other NADP(+). Two NADP(+)-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenases have been found as homodimer: IDH1 is predominantly cytosolic and peroxisomal and IDH2 is mitochondrial. Both IDH1 and IDH2 play significant roles in the tricarboxylic acid cycle (TCA), and defects in IDH1 as well as IDH2 have been implicated in the development of glioma as well as other malignancies.

Description:
Sperm surface protein Sp17(SPA17)is a 151 amino acids protein (17kDa), which is a sperm surface peripheral membrane protein. It is a highly conserved mammalian protein expressed in developing spermatozoa and mature spermatids, and reported to play a role in the interaction of sperm with the zona pellucida. SP17 exists as a homodimer and localizes to the head and tail of spermatozoa. SP17 has been identified as a cancer/testis antigen and is expressed in ovarian cancer and multiple myeloma. This suggests that SP17 could be suitable as a target in tumor immunotherapy.

Description:
ZIP9 Antibody: The zinc transporter ZIP9, also known as SLC39A9, is a member of a family of divalent ion transporters. Zinc is an essential ion for cells and plays significant roles in the growth, development, and differentiation. The zinc transporter family is divided into four subfamilies (I, II, LIV-1 and gufA). ZIP9 is a multipass membrane protein that belongs to the ZIP transporter subfamily I. It is located at the trans-Golgi network regardless of zinc presence and is thought to be a zinc homeostasis regulator acting in the secretory pathway without significantly altering cytosolic zinc homeostasis.

The M-phase phosphoprotein 8 (MPP8) was firstly identified to coimmunoprecipitate with the RanBPM-comprised large protein complex . It also binds to methylated H3K9 and recruited the H3K9 methyltransferases GLP and ESET, as well as DNA methyltransferase 3A (DNMT3A) to the promoter of the E-cadherin gene, a key regulator of tumor cell growth and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) . This binding event of MPP8-H3K9me modulates the expression of E-cadherin, a key regulator of cell-cell adhesion with implications in embryonic development, tissue morphogenesis and homeostasis , together with H3K9 methyltransferases GLP and ESET and DNA methyltransferase 3a (Dnmt3a) .

Description:
This antibody recognizes proteins of 80-200 kDa, identified as different members of CEA family. CEA is synthesized during development in the fetal gut and is re-expressed in increased amounts in intestinal carcinomas and several other tumors. This MAb does not react with nonspecific cross-reacting antigen (NCA) and with human polymorphonuclear leucocytes. It shows no reaction with a variety of normal tissues and is suitable for staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. CEA is not found in benign glands, stroma, or malignant prostatic cells. Antibody to CEA is useful in detecting early foci of gastric carcinoma and in distinguishing pulmonary adenocarcinomas (60-70% are CEA positive) from pleural mesotheliomas (rarely or weakly CEA positive) . Anti-CEA positivity is seen in adenocarcinomas from the lung, colon, stomach, esophagus, pancreas, gallbadder, urachus, salivary gland, ovary, and endocervix.
