Description:
ITPK1 is the kinase that can phosphorylate various inositol polyphosphate such as Ins (3,4,5,6)P4 or Ins (1,3,4)P3. It may also act as an isomerase that interconverts the inositol tetraphosphate isomers Ins (1,3,4,5)P4 and Ins (1,3,4,6)P4 in the presence of ADP and magnesium. It probably acts as the rate-limiting enzyme of the InsP6 pathway. ITPK1 modifies TNF-alpha-induced apoptosis by interfering with the activation of TNFRSF1A-associated death domain.

Description:
NFkB is a pleiotropic transcription factor present in most cell types and is the endpoint of a series of signal transduction events related to many biological processes such as inflammation, immunity, differentiation, cell growth, tumorgenesis and apoptosis. NFkB is contained in the cytoplasm inactively until it is released by a phosphorylated I-kappa-B, allowing the NFkB to translocate to the nucleus. This antibody is ideal for investigators interested in Metabolism, Cancer, Cardiovascular, Microbiology, Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling, Immunology, Neuroscience, or Cell Biology research.

Description:
LDB2 belongs to the LDB family. LDB2 binds to the LIM domain of a wide variety of LIM domain-containing transcription factors. LIM domains are required for both inhibitory effects on LIM homeodomain transcription factors and synergistic transcriptional activation events. The inhibitory actions of the LIM domain can often be overcome by the LIM co-regulators known as CLIM2, LDB2 and NLI. LIM homeoproteins and CLIMs are involved in a variety of developmental processes.

Description:
The assembly and stability of the RNA polymerase II transcription pre-initiation complex on a eukaryotic core promoter involve the effects of TFIIA on the interaction between TATA-binding protein (TBP) and DNA. This gene encodes a germ cell-specific counterpart of the large (alpha/beta) subunit of general transcription factor TFIIA that is able to stabilize the binding of TBP to DNA and may be uniquely important to testis biology.

Description:
WBSCR1 is one of the translation initiation factors, which functions to stimulate the initiation of protein synthesis at the level of mRNA utilization. This gene encodes one of the translation initiation factors, which functions to stimulate the initiation of protein synthesis at the level of mRNA utilization. This gene is deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at 7q11.23. Alternative splicing of this gene generates 2 transcript variants.

Description:
RUNX1T1 is a putative zinc finger transcription factor and oncoprotein. In acute myeloid leukemia, especially in the M2 subtype, the t (8;21) (q22;q22) translocation is one of the most frequent karyotypic abnormalities. The translocation produces a chimeric gene made up of the 5'-region of the RUNX1 gene fused to the 3'-region of this gene. The chimeric protein is thought to associate with the nuclear corepressor/histone deacetylase complex to block hematopoietic differentiation.

Description:
TAFs may participate in basal transcription, serve as coactivators, function in promoter recognition or modify general transcription factors (GTFs) to facilitate complex assembly and transcription initiation. TAF10 is one of the small subunits of TFIID that is associated with a subset of TFIID complexes. It is required for transcriptional activation by the estrogen receptor, for progression through the cell cycle, and may also be required for certain cellular differentiation programs.

Description:
Cluster of Differentiation 31 (CD31) is also known as Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM-1), is a 130-kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by endothelial cells, platelets, macrophages and Kupffer cells, granulocytes, T / NK cells, lymphocytes, megakaryocytes, osteoclasts, neutrophils, certain tumors, and is the only known member of the CAM family on platelets. CD31 is found on the surface of platelets, monocytes, neutrophils, and some types of T-cells, and makes up a large portion of endothelial cell intercellular junctions. The encoded protein is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is likely involved in leukocyte migration, angiogenesis, and integrin activation. CD31 plays a key role in removing aged neutrophils from the body. CD31 mediates the homotypic or heterotypic cell adhesion by binding to itself or the leukocyte integrin ?v?3, and thus plays a role in neutrophil recruitment in inflammatory responses, transendothelial migration of leukocytes, as well as in cardiovascular development. In addition, it has been shown that CD31 expression is up-regulated by LPS stimulation, and might function as a feedback negative regulator of LPS inflammatory response in macrophages.

Description:
TCF2 encodes transcription factor 2, a liver-specific factor of the homeobox-containing basic helix-turn-helix family. The TCF2 protein is believed to form heterodimers with another liver-specific member of this transcription factor family, TCF1; depending on the TCF2 isoform, the result may be to activate or inhibit transcription of target genes. Mutation of TCF2 that disrupts normal function has been identified as the cause of MODY5 (Maturity-Onset of Diabetes, Type 5).
