Description:
IMPDH1(Inosine-5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase 1) is also named as IMPD1, IMP dehydrogenase 1 and belongs to the IMPDH/GMPR family. It catalyzes the rate limiting step of de novo guanine synthesis and an important target for the development of drugs with both chemotherapeutic and immunosuppressive activity. It may also have a role in the development of malignancy and the growth progression of some tumors. This protein has 7 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.

Description:
SIX1 belongs to SIX family that contains a divergent DNA-binding homeodomain and an upstream SIX domain, which may participate both in determining DNA-binding specificity and in mediating protein-protein interactions. It may be involved in limb tendon and ligament development, and specifically expressed in skeletal muscle. SIX1 plays a essential role in the development of numerous organs and shows littlt to no expression in most non-neoplastic adult tissue, yet is overexpression in a number of meoplasms where it increases cell proliferation and survival.

Description:
CAZIP Antibody: CAZIP, also known as TIP150, contains a leucine-zipper domain at the C-terminus and has at least three isoforms. CAZIP is expressed in heart during early cardiac development and in parts of the nervous system in later embryonic development. It is thought to bind microtubules and facilitate the end-binding protein 1 (EB1)-dependent loading of MCAK onto microtubules plus ends and orchestrates the dynamics at the plus end of microtubules. CAZIP may regulate the dynamics of microtubules at their growing distal tip.

Description:
SOX4 is a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. It may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins, such as syndecan binding protein (syntenin). SOX4 contains one HMG box DNA-binding domain and may function in the apoptosis pathway leading to cell death. It has also been suggested to play a role in tumorigenesis and may mediate downstream effects of parathyroid hormone (PTH) and PTH-related protein (PTHrP) in bone development.

Description:
GATA1 is a Cys2/Cys2 zinc finger DNA binding protein that is expressed primarily in erythroid, megakaryocytic, mast cells and eosinophilic cells. It belongs to the GATA family of transcription factors. GATA1 is a transcriptional activator which probably serves as a general switch factor for erythroid development. It binds to DNA sites with the consensus sequence [AT]GATA[AG] within regulatory regions of globin genes and of other genes expressed in erythroid cells. The protein also plays an important role in erythroid development by regulating the switch from fetal hemoglobin production to adult hemoglobin.
