TLR7 Antibody: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are signaling molecules that recognize different microbial products during infection and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptive immune responses. These proteins act through adaptor molecules such as MyD88 and TIRAP to activate various kinases and transcription factors. TLR7, like TLRs 3, 8, and 9, is localized in intracellular acidic compartments such as the phagolysosome and will recognize some single-stranded RNA viruses such as vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and influenza virus. Activation of TLR7 by VSV results in stimulation of the immune response including IFNalpha secretion, suggesting the importance of TLR7 in virus recognition.

The small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family of proteins contains various proteins such as Decorin, Biglycan, Fibromodulin, Keratocan, Lumican, Osteoadherin and Osteoglycin. These proteins all have similar functions as they all mediate extracellular matrix organization and act as binding partners of TGF beta. Osteoglycin, which also may be designated osteoinductive factor (OIF), is a secreted protein detected in bone tissues. Osteoglycin induces the formation of bone in conjunction with either TGF-beta-1 or TGF-beta-2. The precursor form of the OGN gene product, designated Mimecan, is subject to in situ proteolytic cleavage to yield the mature Osteoglycin.

It is primarily localized in the cytoplasm and preferentially binds to GC-rich dsDNA, but will also bind directly to dsRNA as well. The RNA binding domain encompasses a lysine-rich motif. LRRFIP1 interacts with the mammalian Flightless I (Fli-I) and is a key component in the cytoskeletal regulation of platelet function. LRRFIP1 and the related protein LRRFIP2 may modulate canonical WNT signaling and mediate the IRF3-induced production of type I interferon via a beta-catenin-dependent pathway.

ATP citrate lyase is the primary enzyme responsible for the synthesis of cytosolic acetyl-CoA in many tissues. The enzyme is a tetramer (relative molecular weight approximately 440,000) of apparently identical subunits. It catalyzes the formation of acetyl-CoA and oxaloacetate from citrate and CoA with a concomitant hydrolysis of ATP to ADP and phosphate. The product, acetyl-CoA, serves several important biosynthetic pathways, including lipogenesis and cholesterogenesis. In nervous tissue, ATP citrate-lyase may be involved in the biosynthesis of acetylcholine. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Caspase 12 is an enzyme known as a cysteine protease. It belongs to a family of enzymes called caspases that cleave their substrates at C-terminal aspartic acid residues. It is most highly related to members of the ICE subfamily of caspases that process inflammatory cytokines. Caspase-12 is located in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It is responsible for ER-stress-induced apoptosis, such as high calcium concentration, low oxygen and low glucose levels. Caspase-12 Antibody detects endogenous levels of full-length caspase-12 protein (50 kDa) and its cleaved product (40-44 kDa). This antibody does not cross-react with other caspases.

TIM-1 Antibody: The human form of TIM-1 was initially discovered as a membrane glycoprotein through which the hepatitis A virus can gain entry into a cell. It was also identified as kidney injury molecule 1 (Kim-1), a predicted adhesion molecule that is upregulated on the surfaces of kidney epithelia. It is also expressed on T helper 2 (Th2) cells of the immune system, and following the binding of its natural ligand TIM-4, stimulates T cell expansion and cytokine production in response to viral challenge. It has been suggested that hyperactivation of TIM-1 leads to an increased level of Th2 responsiveness and asthma susceptibility, and antibodies to TIM-1 may therefore be a novel approach to treating asthma.
