SA1-9588 contains 1 ml of antibody linked to agarose beads (50%) in PBS with 0. 02% sodium azide. This antibody reacts with the heavy and light chains of the immunoglobulin molecule. SA1-9588 immunogen is immunoglobulin isolated from chicken serum. To obtain optimal immunoprecipitation, incubate the beads with samples containing IgY antibodies-protein complex for at least 10 minutes. Binding capacity of the beads is approximately 450 µg to 500 µg IgY per ml solid beads. Thermo Scientific Pierce Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for the chicken immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Interleukin 13 (IL-13) is a type I cytokine, and signals through type I cytokine receptors to activate JAK/STAT and IRS-1/IRS-2 pathways. IL-13 is produced by T cells and innate lymphoid cells (Pulendran and Artis) and it inhibits production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, prostaglandins, and reactive oxygen and nitrogen species by monocytes and macrophages (Hershey). Unlike human B cells, IL-13 has no effect on mouse B cell development and function. IL-13 promotes eosinophil survival, activation, and recruitment, and also activates mast cells (Hershey). IL-13 regulates gastrointestinal parasite expulsion, airway hyperresponsiveness, allergic inflammation, tissue eosinophilia, goblet cell hyperplasia, intracellular parasitism, tissue remodeling, tumor cell growth, and fibrosis. IL-13 induces hypercontractility of smooth muscles by directly acting on the muscle cells as well as the enteric nerves (Wynn).

This gene encodes coagulation factor XII which circulates in blood as a zymogen. This single chain zymogen is converted to a two-chain serine protease with an heavy chain (alpha-factor XIIa) and a light chain. The heavy chain contains two fibronectin-type domains, two epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like domains, a kringle domain and a proline-rich domain, whereas the light chain contains only a catalytic domain. On activation, further cleavages takes place in the heavy chain, resulting in the production of beta-factor XIIa light chain and the alpha-factor XIIa light chain becomes beta-factor XIIa heavy chain. Prekallikrein is cleaved by factor XII to form kallikrein, which then cleaves factor XII first to alpha-factor XIIa and then to beta-factor XIIa. The active factor XIIa participates in the initiation of blood coagulation, fibrinolysis, and the generation of bradykinin and angiotensin. It activates coagulation factors VII and XI. ABIN3 Antibody: The nuclear factor NF-kappa B plays key roles in development and immunity. ABIN3 (A20-binding inhibitor of NF-kappa B activation 3), also known as TNFAIP3-interacting protein 3 (TNIP3), is a novel negative feedback regulator of LPS-induced NF-kappa B activation. ABIN3 is a 39 kDa protein that negatively regulates NF-kappa B activation in response to TNF and LPS. ABIN3 is highly expressed in brain, thymus, lymph node, lung and fetal liver, with low expression in kidney, bone marrow. Through its interaction with A20, ABIN3 interferes with TRAF2-mediated transactivation signals and NF-kappa B inhibition is mediated by the ABIN-homology domain 2. ABIN3 has been found to be induced by Listeria infection and can be slightly downregulated by dexamethasone. Enhanced expression of ABIN3 in monocytes is associated with sepsis. This antibody recognizes a protein of 40 kDa, identified as CD7, a member of the immunoglobulin gene superfamily. Its N-terminal amino acids 1-107 are highly homologous to Ig kappa-L chains whereas the carboxyl-terminal region of the extracellular domain is proline-rich and has been postulated to form a stalk from which the Ig domain projects. CD7 is expressed on the majority of immature and mature T-lymphocytes, and T cell leukemia. It is also found on natural killer cells, a small subpopulation of normal B cells and on malignant B cells. Cross-linking surface CD7 positively modulates T cell and NK cell activity as measured by calcium fluxes, expression of adhesion molecules, cytokine secretion and proliferation. CD7 associates directly with phosphoinositol 3'-kinase. CD7 ligation induces production of D-3 phosphoinositides and tyrosine phosphorylation.
