Supplier:  New England Biolabs (NEB)
Description:   Endonuclease III (Nth) protein from E.coli acts as both N-glycosylase and a AP-lyase.
Supplier:  GE Healthcare - Life Sciences
Description:   pI markers are lyophilized mixtures of stable, salt-free, highly purified proteins.
MSDS SDS
Supplier:  GE Healthcare - Whatman
Description:   Whatman Polycap TC filtration capsules from Cytiva feature dual layer polyethersulfone (PES) membranes and provide efficient filtration for aqueous solutions.
Supplier:  GE Healthcare - Life Sciences
Supplier:  GE Healthcare - Life Sciences
Description:   Heparin Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is composed of cross-linked 6% agarose beads modified sodium heparin. Immobilization is performed using chemically stable and oriented coupling giving high binding capacity. The chemical stability of the media is solely dictated by the heparin ligand. Heparin Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is a member of the Cytiva range of affinity chromatography media for capture and intermediate purification.
MSDS SDS
Supplier:  GE Healthcare - Life Sciences
Description:   For determination of molecular weight of uncharacterised protein samples with precision by comparison with carefully selected standards.
MSDS SDS
Supplier:  MilliporeSigma
Description:   Fraction V, heat shock isolation.
MSDS SDS
Supplier:  GE Healthcare - Whatman
Description:   Whatman Grade 114V smooth filter paper from Cytiva is wet-strengthened for high mechanical stability. Grade 114V fluted filters are suitable for recovery of large particles and gelatinous precipitates.

Supplier:  New England Biolabs (NEB)
Description:   The Blue Loading Buffer Pack contains 3X Blue Loading Buffer (8ml) and 30X Reducing Agent (1ml).
Supplier:  MilliporeSigma
Description:   This albumin is prepared under non-denaturing conditions by a modification of the Cohn procedure.

Supplier:  Genetex
Description:   Cytokeratins (CK) are intermediate filaments of epithelial cells, both in keratinizing tissue (ie., skin) and non-keratinizing cells (ie. mesothelial cells). Although not a traditional marker for endothelial cells, cytokeratins have also been found in some microvascular endothelial cells. Atleast 20 different cytokeratins (CK) in the molecular range of 40-70 kDa and isoelectric points of 5-8.5 can be identified using two dimensional gel electrophoresis. Biochemically, most members of the CK family fall into one of two classes, type I (acidic polypeptides) and type II (basic polypeptides). At least one member of the acidic family and one member of the basic family is expressed in all epithelial cells. Monoclonal antibodies to cytokeratin proteins can be useful markers for tumor identification and classification. Cytokeratin 18 is an acidic keratin which is found primarily in non-squamous epithelia and is present in a majority of adenocarcinomas and ductal carcinomas but not in squamous cell carcinomas. Cytokeratin 18 exists in combination with Cytokeratin 8, a basic keratin. Hepatocellular carcinomas have been reportedly defined by the use of antibodies that recognize only Cytokeratins 8 and 18.
Supplier:  GE Healthcare - Whatman
Description:   Convenient and reliable concentration, purification, and diafiltration of 15 to 60 ml biological samples.
Product available on GSA Advantage®

Supplier:  New England Biolabs (NEB)
Description:   This is a component of the Monarch® RNA cleanup kits, is used to wash RNA after binding to ensure the removal of contaminants such as enzyme, NTPs, and short RNA fragments. It is supplied as a 5X concentrate and requires dilution with ethanol (≥95%) before use.
Supplier:  Thermo Scientific
Description:   Thermo Scientific Pierce Lane Marker Reducing Sample Buffer is a ready-to-use 5X SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer in a reducing formulation, with a pink dye buffer-front marker. This Sample Buffer contains DTT as the reducing agent, eliminating the strong odor associated with mercaptoethanol-containing buffers.

Supplier:  Biotium
Description:   Twenty human keratins are resolved with two-dimensional gel electrophoresis into acidic (pI 6.0) subfamilies. This antibody cocktail recognizes acidic (Type I or LMW) and basic (Type II or HMW) cytokeratins, with 67 kDa (CK1); 64 kDa (CK3); 59 kDa (CK4); 58 kDa (CK5); 56 kDa (CK6); 55 kDa (CK7); 52 kDa (CK8); 56.5 kDa (CK10); 53 kDa (CK13); 50 kDa (CK14); 50 kDa (CK15); 48 kDa (CK16); 46 kDa (CK17); 45 kDa (CK18) and 40 kDa (CK19). Many studies have shown the usefulness of keratins as markers in cancer research and tumor diagnosis. KRT-PAN is a broad spectrum anti pan-cytokeratin antibody cocktail, which differentiates epithelial tumors from non-epithelial tumors e.g. squamous vs. adenocarcinoma of the lung, liver carcinoma, breast cancer, and esophageal cancer. It is useful in characterizing the source of various neoplasms and to study the distribution of cytokeratin containing cells in epithelia during normal development and during the development of epithelial neoplasms. This antibody stains cytokeratins present in normal and abnormal human tissues and shows high sensitivity in the recognition of epithelial cells and carcinomas.
