Description:
This gene encodes a mitochondrial DNA-directed RNA polymerase. The gene product is responsible for mitochondrial gene expression as well as for providing RNA primers for initiation of replication of the mitochondrial genome. Although this polypeptide has the same function as the three nuclear DNA-directed RNA polymerases, it is more closely related to RNA polymerases of phage and mitochondrial polymerases of lower eukaryotes. Description:
Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) is a pro-inflammatory lymphokine that functions during cell-mediated immmunity. MIF promotes fibroblast migration by inducing interleukin 1 (IL-1), interleukin 8 (IL-8), and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) expression. In interferon-gamma-activated macrophages, MIF stimulates nitric oxide (NO) production and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) secretion.

Description:
This product is prepared by labeling goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with allophycocyanin (APC). APC belongs to the family of phycobiliproteins, which are derived from cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae. APC has absorption maxima at 650 and emission at 660 nm. Because of the high fluorescence quantum yield (~0.68), APC is by far the brightest dye for the 650 nm wavelength region.

Description:
Potent and selective irreversible cell permeable cathepsin B inhibitor. Methyl ester (Me) is hydrolyzed by intracellular esterases releasing the active inhibitor. Prevents death of CA1 neurons after ischemia following IV delivery after the ischemic insult. In isolated rat osteoclasts it inhibited bone resorption with a maximal effect at 50 µM. This product is only suitable for in vivo and whole cell experiments. The free acid form must be used for in vitro experiments. Can be used to discriminate between cathepsin B and L/S forms.

Description:
Serine protease inhibitor which exhibits anti-trypsin activity (PubMed:7142173). In the pancreas, protects against trypsin-catalyzed premature activation of zymogens (By similarity). In the male reproductive tract, binds to sperm heads where it modulates sperm capacitance by inhibiting calcium uptake and nitrogen oxide (NO) production.

Description:
The protein encoded by this gene is a regulatory protein involved in mitosis. The gene product complexes with p34(cdc2) to form the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). Two alternative transcripts have been found, a constitutively expressed transcript and a cell cycle-regulated transcript, that is expressed predominantly during G2/M phase. The different transcripts result from the use of alternate transcription initiation sites. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].

Description:
SARS-CoV-2 (Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2), also known as 2019-nCoV, is a positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus. It caused coronavirus disease in 2019 (COVID-19). SARS-CoV-2 contains glycosylated spike (S) protein, which is composed of S1 subunit and S2 subunit. The S1 contains a receptor-binding domain (RBD) that can bind to ACE2 receptor on target cells. Lineage B.1.351 (a.k.a. 20H/501Y.V2) is a variant of SARS-CoV-2. It has multiple mutations in the RBD, including K417N, E484K, N501Y. Lineage B.1.1.7 (a.k.a. 20I/501Y.V1) is also a variant of SARS-CoV-2 and has a mutation called N501Y in the RBD.SARS-CoV-2 Spike (N501) neutralizing antibody (COV2110) is produced from cell culture in vitro under conditions free from animal-derived components. The product is a humanized neutralizing antibody, recognizing N501 site of wild-type RBD. When N501 is mutated to N501Y, the mutant RBD, such as RBD (B.1.1.7) and RBD (B.1.351) as seen in Figure 1, can't be recognized by the product.
