Versatile pumps for accurate low-flow fluid delivery – with an intuitive touch-screen interface.

• Compact, benchtop pumps optimize ease of use, accuracy, and reliability

MasterflexLive^® is a secure, cloud-enabled platform for monitoring Masterflex pumps; get real-time notifications of pump parameters – including speed, flow rate, dispense volume, and more. You can monitor critical processes running 24/7 without needing onsite personnel while push notifications alert you to operating conditions and error messages.

Internet connection via Wi-Fi or standard Ethernet (RJ45) jack on rear of the drive; USB connection allows for downloadable firmware updates to be loaded into the pump.

The Miniflex pump head features a wide occlusion angle that prevents fluid backflow up to the rated pressure of the tubing. Self-lubricating thermoplastic polyester rollers are low friction and long-wearing for smooth operation and long life.

Easy-to-use low-flow pumps feature reversible, remote start/stop, and rapid tubing changes.

• Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), acetal, and copolyester pump head with four stainless steel (SS) rollers
• Pumps accept continuous lengths of tubing for a clean, uninterrupted flow path with no fittings.
• Separate single-turn speed control and CW/off/CCW switch with green LED power indicator—maintain speed when turning the pump on/off or in reverse direction.
• Reversible permanent magnet DC motor; purge fluid before or after pumping; pump fluid in either direction.
• Remote control connections on the back of pump; start/stop pump with a contact closure.

These easy-to-use pumps feature reversible pumping, remote control capabilities, and rapid tubing changes. Ideal for consistent fluid delivery in analyzer and other low-flow laboratory pumping applications. The quick-loading Microflex pump head has average fixed occlusion for tubing; no occlusion adjustments required.

Independently control flow and direction of each channel via keypad or your PC.

• Flow rate 0.001 to 43 ml/min per channel - flow rate depends on drive rpm, rollers, and tubing size

• Flexibility of bidirectional flow in each channel

These multi-channel peristaltic pumps let you individually control the flow and direction of each channel from the intuitive keypad or via your computer—expanding your benchtop pumping capabilities with a single compact unit! Pump delivers continuous pumping or precision dispensing with the capability of bidirectional flow in each channel. Plus, independent channel calibration minimizes tube-to-tube differences, resulting in high calibration accuracy.

Tubing cassettes (included) accept 3-stop tubing and are easily snapped in/out for quick tubing changes. Accepted tubing ranges from 0.13 to 3.17 mm ID for a wide flow range.
